How soon does my order ship?

Collection 01 Pre-order window will be open from 12/16/18 through 1/31/2019 ONLY. Once the pre-order window has closed, the UKOO STUDIOS Team will begin quality assurance and order processing. All fabrics and materials are hand-sourced, crafted, and ethically made in the heart of Los Angeles. Your purchase supports a number of local small businesses of color and helps keep us 100% Black-owned and independent. No huge team. No investors. 100% community made. For that, we thank you.

Please allow up to 6 weeks from pre-order close date for orders to begin shipping (Early March).

Updates of every stage of the process will be provided via email and social media. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order. And as a thank you, all items purchased in this window will come with limited edition numbering, a note from the founders, and free shipping.


What is your return policy?

All purchases are final. Exchanges only. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, please email ukoo.studios@gmail.com to begin an exchange Authorization with “Order #XXX - Exchange” in the subject line.


Can I exchange items from my order?

Should you change your mind, purchased items can be exchanged for an alternative size. If you would like to exchange your order, please email ukoo.studios@gmail.com with “Order #XXX - Exchange” in the subject line to begin an Exchange Authorization. What if my items are defective?

If you believe an item in your order to be defective or there to be an error in your order, such as receiving the wrong size or style, please email ukoo.studios@gmail.com with “Order #XXX - Exchange” with detailed pictures of the defected merchandise to begin an Exchange Authorization.
